How do I record my exercises for the day?
First, tap the Exercise Journal button on the Main Menu. Tap New to add an exercise, activity, or workout to the Journal for the selected day. You'll be able to select from the list of 130 exercises, along with your own custom exercises. Tap on an exercise and then tap the OK button.

How do I record and track my weight?
First, tap the Weight button on the Main Menu. Your weight for the currently selected date will be displayed (if any). You can change the date by either tapping on it or using the arrows on either side of the date.
Then tap in the weight field and a cursor will appear, so you can enter your weight. You can also tap the up/down arrows on the screen to scroll through different values. When you're done, tap the Update button to update your statistics and weight history on the screen.

How to I record my body measurements?
First, tap the Measurements button on the Main Menu. Your measurements for the currently selected date will be displayed (if any). You can change the date by either tapping on it or using the arrows on either side of the date.
Then tap in each measurement area and a cursor will appear, so you can enter the measurements directly. You can also tap the up/down arrows on the screen to scroll through different values.

You can do this in the Notes Journal. First, tap the Notes button on the Main Menu. Your notes for the currently selected date will be displayed (if any). You can change the date by either tapping on it or using the arrows on either side of the date.
Then tap in the notes area and a cursor will appear, so you can enter your notes.

How do I change my weight goal?
First, tap the Weight button on the Main Menu. Then tap "Goal" at the bottom of the screen and a Goal field will appear where you can change the goal weight. On Palm OS devices, you can also change some other profile settings here.

Yes. We have included about 130 commonly used exercises in Weight-By-Date Mobile. It's easy to add your own exercises as well.

How do I add my own custom exercise or workout?
Tap the "Exercise List" button on the Main Menu to access the exercise database, where you can add your own custom routine. Once there, tap New to add a new exercise and enter the calories burned and settings.
Note: So that Weight-By-Date can automatically adjust the calories burned based on your current weight, you should base your exercise information for a person weighing 150 lbs (68 kg).

Tap the "Exercise List" button on the Main Menu to look up calories burned for any of the 130 exercises and workouts. Scroll through the list of exercises, tap on one, and then tap details.

Absolutely. The exercise journal is in a format that allows you to log several aspects of each type of activity. For workouts, you'll have individual fields for recording the number of sets and repetitions, along with the amount of weight lifted. You'll find that this is very flexible fitness software.

POCKET PC: How do I change the color scheme used by the program?
Changing the color scheme is a fun way to personalize the program. From the Main Menu, tap Options at the bottom of the screen, then tap Color Scheme on the Menu that pops up. Finally, tap on a color scheme listed to select a new one.
Note: Palm handhelds use the same colors as defined in your Color Theme that you have set for your device in Preferences.
