If I order Weight-By-Date Pro can I keep my data from the trial version?
Absolutely. Weight-By-Date Pro contains an import feature and it will import all of your existing trial data automatically when you run it for the first time.

What is Extended Download Service?
If you order the "Immediate Download" version of Weight-By-Date (as opposed to the CD-ROM), you have the option of adding our Extended Download Service to your order. If you choose to do this, then we'll keep a backup copy of your download for a period of two (2) years, so you can come back and download the software again if needed.
This gives you the ability to:
- Download and reinstall Weight-By-Date after a computer crash or hard drive failure.
- Easily move Weight-By-Date to a new PC.
- Reinstall if you need to replace any missing system files (sometimes happens when you remove other programs).
In a nutshell, this option gives you piece of mind and easy access to your download for two years after your purchase.

I did not receive my Order Confirmation e-mail following my order.
Because unsolicited e-mail (spam) has become such a problem, many people block e-mail from those that they don't recognize. Most e-mail accounts have junk mail settings that you can control. You might be able to control which types of messages should be flagged as "junk" and whether it gets deleted automatically or sent to a junk folder.
If you cannot find your Order Confirmation e-mail, please check your junk e-mail folder. The e-mail message that we sent is from us (Quite Healthy Technologies) with a quitehealthy.com return address, so please look for this message in your Inbox or junk mail folder.

How much does shipping cost for the CD-ROM?
When you order the CD-ROM we will ship it within 24 hours, or on the next possible business day. For deliveries within the U.S., we offer three delivery options:
UPS Ground ($5.95) - Delivery within 2-5 business days.
UPS 2nd Day Air ($12.95) - Delivery in 2 business days.
UPS Next Day Air ($32.95) - Delivery on the next business day by 3:00 pm.
For shipping to countries outside of the U.S., we use U.S. Global Priority Mail®, which averages 4-6 day delivery to countries around the world. Shipping to Canada is $8.95 and shipping to all other countries is $13.95.

How does the IMMEDIATE Download order option work?
One option when placing an order is "IMMEDIATE Download." Many customers like this option if they don't require a CD-ROM, because it is less expensive. Right after your order is complete, you'll be able to download Weight-By-Date and get started right away. You'll also receive an Order Confirmation e-mail, which contains download instructions if you would rather download the program later.
When downloading the full version, your web browser may ask whether you want to save the file or open it from its current location. We always recommend that you save the file to a folder on your PC or your desktop. This way you can reinstall the software at a later date.
To install the program, just double-click on the file that you downloaded. You can (and should) keep or move this file to another folder on your computer's hard drive in case you need to reinstall the program later.
