I need to reinstall Weight-By-Date Pro and don't have the CD. How can I download it again?
If you have deleted or lost the installation file for some reason, you can simply refer to your "Order Confirmation" e-mail and follow the instructions to download the file again. If you also purchased our Extended Download Service option, then you have access to your download for two years from the date of purchase.
If you have lost or cannot find your "Order Confirmation" e-mail, you can use the link below. Your last name and e-mail address are used to determine whether you have access to the download.

How can I transfer Weight-By-Date Pro plus my data to a new computer?
 To get your program and data transferred to your new computer, the first thing you should do is open Weight-By-Date Pro on your old computer and use the "Backup Data" feature from the File menu. Using this feature, you can back up your data to some type of removable media, such as a USB flash drive.
Next, from your new computer, install Weight-By-Date Pro from the CD-ROM or by downloading it from our site.
Finally, once Weight-By-Date Pro is installed on your new computer, choose "Restore Data" from the File menu to restore your data.

How do I install Weight-By-Date Pro (from the Download)?

1. Double-click on the "wbd_pro.exe" file that you downloaded and the installation will begin.
2.The setup utility will give you step-by-step instructions for completing the installation. All you need to do is click the Next button to advance through each step.
3. On the very last step of the setup utility, you will be able to create a shortcut for Weight-By-Date Pro on your desktop. You may also be asked to restart your computer, which you should do at this time, if asked.
The installation for Weight-By-Date Pro is now complete. It would be a good idea to hang on to the "wbd_pro.exe" file that you downloaded in case you need to reinstall.

Will Weight-By-Date Pro work on my handheld PDA?
Weight-By-Date Pro was designed for Windows PCs, so it will not install to a PDA. But we do have a version of Weight-By-Date called Weight-By-Date Mobile that was designed for both Palm and Pocket PC handhelds. If you have Weight-By-Date Pro as well, your PC and handheld will work together and stay synchronized, so you can keep track of your progress from anywhere.
