What's the difference between the "Free Support" and the "Limited Support" ordering options?
When you buy Weight-By-Date, you get to pick your price, which determines the type of support you will receive. With the "Free Support" option, all customer support is free should you happen to need help, including requests made through our online Trouble-Ticket system.
With the "Limited Support" option you are limited to our self-help resources, such as the Solution Center, our main Support page of the website, and the built-in help that comes with the program. Support requests via our Trouble-Ticket system are free for the first 7 days following your order date. After that, support requests are $5 per incident.

I lost my Software License Key. How can I find it again?
As you have probably discovered, your License Key is required to install the program on your PC. If you bought the CD-ROM directly from us, check your receipt for the License Key. You can also check your Order Confirmation e-mail if you still have it.
Otherwise, you can use our online tool for looking up your Weight-By-Date License Key.

When will the "Total Health" Add-on be ready?
The "Total Health" Add-on will add more features to Weight-By-Date Pro and should prove helpful for people with diabetes and other health concerns. You'll be able to track blood glucose, insulin, medications, blood pressure, cholesterol, and more.
The "Total Health" Add-on should be ready in the first quarter of 2011. All customers will receive an email as soon as it's available, along with pricing information. If you need to update your e-mail address in our records, you can do it here.

I'm getting "Customer Information Not Found" when I try to download the full, paid version from your site.
Your last name and email address are used to log-in from our download page, and that is what gives you access to the download. We simply use what you supplied to us when placing your order (exactly as you typed it) and if there was a mistake there, then this will cause problems.
If your e-mail has changed, then simply enter your old e-mail address for now to see if that does the trick. Then use the link below to update it.
If you still can't access the download, then look closely to make sure there are no typos in the e-mail or last name. Sometimes people mistakenly enter a "," instead of a period ("."), for instance. If your last name has an abbreviation, such as "jr." then try it with or without the period.
How To Update Your E-mail Address:
If you're already a customer and are having problems accessing program updates or downloads, you should make sure we have your current e-mail address.
We suggest using our online tool for looking up your License Key, which can also update your e-mail address automatically.

Where do I enter my License Key into the free trial?
There is no way to "register" the free trial with a license key, serial number, or registration key. Instead, you download the full, unlimited version of Weight-By-Date after your purchase. During the process it imports your data from the trial.

If I order Weight-By-Date Pro can I keep my data from the free trial version?
Absolutely. Weight-By-Date Pro contains an import feature and it will import all of your existing trial data automatically when you run it for the first time.

I previously purchased Weight-By-Date and need to reinstall it. How can I download it again?
If you have deleted or lost the installation file for some reason, you can simply refer to your "Order Confirmation" e-mail and follow the instructions to download the file again.
If you have lost or cannot find your "Order Confirmation" e-mail, you can use the links below. Your last name and e-mail address are used to determine whether you have access to the download.

Yes, Weight-By-Date is fully compatible with Windows 7 and Vista, including the 64-bit PCs that are most commonly sold today.

How can I transfer Weight-By-Date Pro plus my data to a new computer?
 To get your program and data transferred to your new computer, the first thing you should do is open Weight-By-Date Pro on your old computer and use the "Backup Data" feature from the File menu. Using this feature, you can back up your data to some type of removable media, such as a USB flash drive.
Next, from your new computer, install Weight-By-Date Pro from the CD-ROM or by downloading it from our support page.
Finally, once Weight-By-Date Pro is installed on your new computer, choose "Restore Data" from the File menu to restore your data.

Can I install Weight-By-Date on multiple computers?
Sure, you can install the program to multiple PCs in your household, as long as each PC belongs to you. There is no additional charge and no limit to how many PCs you can install it to, as long as they are your PCs and in your household.
